The database system must generate configurable analytical reports and rollups based on end-user input, capture human attributes related to training objectives, and retrieve historical data to inform assessment or training criteria changes. The software application must be compatible with USCG-approved mobile devices and the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) network, allowing instructors to access forms, evaluations, and training materials efficiently. It must include features such as an Automatic Feedback Tool (AFT) to provide tailored feedback based on student performance, a Package Builder for organizing student files, and compatibility with CG Cloud infrastructure for data storage and handling.
