Full Description

The City of Sunrise Utilities Department is requesting bids from responsible vendors accredited by a Proficiency Testing Provider Accreditor that meets the NELAC Institute (TNI) requirements to furnish performance testing (PT) and quality control (QC) standards to satisfy the State of Florida environmental laboratory certification requirements. The initial Contract period shall be for two (2) years, commencing September 1, 2024. In addition, contingent upon Budget approval, the City reserves the right to unilaterally renew the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms, conditions and specifications, by written notification to the vendor by the Procurement Manager.
