Full Description
The City of Bainbridge Island is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an updated study on 100% cost recovery permit fee rates and on permit processing codes and review timeframes. This study will build substantially on a November 2021 Fee Study, which updated permit fees for building and development permits for the first time in over 15 years. Updating that study as well as identifying and recommending improvements in permit processing times will be the focus of this project. The City will use this study to inform how it will set permit fees and comply with a new state mandate on permit review times, SB5290. Detailed information can be found in the Request for Proposal package available through the City of Bainbridge Island’s website at https://www.bainbridgewa.gov/bids.aspx . If you are unable to obtain the RFP package from the web page listed above, please contact us by email at document.write('pcd'+'@'+'bainbridgewa.gov')For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM local time on June 14, 2024. The City reserves the right to amend terms of the Request for Proposal (RFP), to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
