Full Description

The purpose of this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract is to provide Persistent Surveillance Systems - Tethered (PSS-T) engineering, logistics, operations, and program management support for requirements in the contiguous United States and outside of the contiguous United States. Delivery and performance period requirements will be reflected in each TO or DO issued under the proposed contract, based upon the identified program needs during the contract period of performance. The orders may have options. Orders and services will be issued on a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) (term or completion form), cost-no fee, and/or firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis.
