The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing training covering the topic of person-centered care and planning, supported by updated policies and advance directives for the State of Wyoming,Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Agency), through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 10, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 24, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
