Wake County is soliciting proposals for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services to maintain 109 facilities covering approximately 5 million square feet. Evaluation is based on business and technical competence, staffing experience, management plans, safety records, and local presence, rather than cost alone. The selected contractor must adhere to strict chemical labeling and handling standards, comply with NC OSHA and ADA regulations, and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. Payment is processed within 30 days of approval by the Contract Administrator, with specific invoicing requirements for building-level costs and out-of-scope work.
