The 21st Contracting Squadron is searching for vendors that can provide the following services for the 21 Space Wing Chapel on Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado Springs: 1) Catholic Accompanist for 0930 Sunday service 2) Catholic Accompanist for 1600 Saturday service 3) Protestant Accompanist for 1100 Sunday service 4) Protestant Music Director for 1100 Sunday service Each requirement above will be its own separate contract. Please refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statements (PWS) for specific details on each requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 711510, Independent Artists, Writers, and Performers. A Government requirement for these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Each contract is expected to last for 5 years with a start date of 1 October 2013 (Exception: the start date for the Catholic Accompanist for 0930 Sunday service will be 25 September 2013). All requirements are subject to FAR 52.232-18, "Availability of Funds." Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement.
