The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and evaluate proposers to select the most qualified Consultant to enter into an agreement with the Port to assist with evaluating, developing, and designing a solution to achieve compliance with applicable PFAS Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). This will involve various PFAS Consulting services including the design and development of feasible options for developing a treatment system for achieving this compliance. The Port will work with the selected consultant to determine the preferred alternative then advance it through final design with construction support.
One contract may be awarded from the solicitation to enter into an agreement through completion of the project. Proposing Consultants shall have demonstrated experience in the type of work and activities defined in this solicitation.
