This solicitation and resulting contract are issued against the Supply Arrangement (SA) E60PV-19EQUI and all terms and conditions of the SA apply. The Department of National Defence (DND), through the Canadian Forces Health Services (CF H Svcs), has a requirement for fifteen (15) Pharmaceutical Freezers to store vaccines and pharmaceuticals at frozen temperatures (e.g. -30°C). The products must be delivered as soon as possible after Contract Award.   The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.   Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
