The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers to store pharmaceuticals and vaccines at ultra-low temperatures (e.g-80°C). These freezers are for use domestically at Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) medical clinics and overseas on CAF operations. The goods must be delivered to Central Medical Equipment Depot (CMED) at 105 Montgomery Road, Ottawa Ontario.Estimated quantity of commodity: Initial requirement: Two (2) Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Freezers.Optional requirements: Up to twenty (20) Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Freezers.Duration of contract: From date of Contract Award to 02 June 2026Time frame of delivery: Initial requirement: From date of Contract Award to 02 June 2023.Optional requirements: From 03 June 2023 to 02 June 2026, on “as and when required” basisAny conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: None
