The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source call order to Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation for Pharmaceuticals. The period of performance will be 15 December 2024 - 31 March 2025. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Award will be made on or about 15 December 2024. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees.
