Phase 1 – EW038-270533 - AAFC – Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations - ITQ

Public Services & Procurement Canada is soliciting qualified suppliers for Phase One of a two-phase procurement process to install electric vehicle charging infrastructure at two Agricultural and Agri-Food Canada research centers in Morden and Brandon, Manitoba. This initial phase is an invitation to qualify, where suppliers must demonstrate their capacity to deliver the project under a design-bid-build model; only those who successfully pass this phase will be invited to submit financial bids in Phase Two. The scope includes installing eight Level 1 charging stations and three Level 2 charging stations at the Morden site, and nine Level 1 and four Level 2 stations at the Brandon site, with all Level 2 units being dual-port and the Level 1 units comprising a mix of dual and single ports. The project also requires new underground conduits and duct banks, upgrades to existing electrical systems, installation of new pre-cast parking curbs, and a new transformer. The selected contractor must complete all work within 52 weeks of contract award. All submissions must be received by the deadline of August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with no late entries accepted.
