This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Services & Procurement Canada is delivering a project for AAFC regarding the installation of a new electric vehicle charging stations (Level 1 and Level 2) at AAFC’s Morden Research & Development Centre located in Morden, Manitoba and AAFC’s Brandon Research & Development Centre located in Brandon, Manitoba. This project will be delivered via a design-bid-build approach. Work for this project will include but is not limited to: 8 Level 1 charging stations (7 dual, 1 single) and 3 Level 2 (all dual) are planned for Morden; 9 Level 1 charging stations (7 dual, 2 single) and 4 Level 2 (all dual) are planned for Brandon; new underground conduits and duct bank; various upgrades to electrical infrastructure; new pre-cast parking curbs, new transformer. The Contractor must perform and complete the within 52 weeks from receipt of award. See drawings and specifications for further details.
