This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-23-Q-0017 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337211 - Office Furniture (including Fixtures) Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 03 August 2023, at 4:30PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Phase 1 Furniture (QTY= 1 EA) Delivery of furniture referenced in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM) in accordance with (IAW) the descriptions listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This shall include any shipping charges involved with the acquisition of the materials. Only items to be provided are in correspondence with C1, C2, C3, C4, D1, D2A, D3, F1, F4, F5, S4, T1, and T13. CLIN 0002: Installation (QTY = 1 JOB) Installation of the acquired material IAW the SOW based on drawings to be provided after the award is made. Visitors must be escorted onto base through the installation's Contractor Entry Gate prior to arrival. The contractors and visitors will meet in the parking lot outside the Main Gate and once all contractors have arrived and signed-in, a Government official will escort everyone through the Contractor Entry Date. You will be required to present a valid driver's license upon arrival.
