The work involves the construction of Parks Canada Office & Visitor Centre building, Staff Housing Duplex, and Residential Renovations in Tulít’a, Northwest Territories. Parks Canada has obtained development permit approval from the Hamlet of Tulita, NT, for the development of the Parks Canada -owned land parcels and properties. The design for construction of this facility has been developed through outcomes of public consultation, environmental and geotechnical assessments, and engagement with stakeholders and Indigenous partners. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a bid package including technical bid, Indigenous Participation Plan, and financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 180 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation.
