AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 18, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work on this contract at Osborne CCC in Winnipeg involves: Remove existing asphalt paving and security fencing. Modify existing concrete loading dock and canopy, provide new galvanized guardrail. Contractor must perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks. This posting is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
