AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 09, 2024 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has requirement to rehabilitate pedestrian walkways and other asphalt surfacing at the Edmonton Institution for Women (EIFW) in Edmonton, Alberta. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, selective grading to improve drainage, granular base course, cold milling existing asphalt pavement, asphalt surfacing, catch basin adjustments, and landscaping of disturbed areas. Rehabilitation areas are located within EIFW’s secured area and bidders will be required to adhere to CSC security requirements and submit to daily checks of tools and equipment.
