This contract covers the following work at the Pender Small Craft Harbour located in Madeira Park, B.C (12967 Madeira Park Rd, Madeira Park, BC V0N 2H0). The work completed under this contract shall include the supply of all equipment, labour and materials necessary for the performance of the work. All waste material shall be disposed of by the Contractor in strict accordance with provincial, local and municipal regulations and Part 8 of the National Building Code and with the Canadian Construction Safety Code. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Remove existing equipment, including electrical panels, cabinets, receptacle cabinets, and electrical cabling infrastructure as indicated on contract documents. Provide new equipment, including electrical panels, cabinets, receptacle cabinets, and electrical cabling infrastructure as indicated on contract documents. All work must be carried out such that the ‘Electrical Construction Sequence’ is adhered to. The process will proceed with a two Phase solicitation process.Both phases will be posted competitively on GETS.
