Stony Mountain Institution Structured Intervention Unit Upgrade work includes: renovate various rooms including the installation of new doors and frames; replace security glazing; construct 2 weather shield roof structures in courtyards; replace security grilles; replace toilets and sinks in 40 cells; upgrade existing electronic security systems including closed circuit television, public address, inmate cell call system, door control system and limited intercom system. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 24 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. This posting is the Phase Two of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second phase (Phase Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
