Work of this contract comprises upgrading the exterior lighting at the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Willow Cree Healing Lodge including general site lighting, Building B05 Area & Pathways lighting to the South Sweat Lodge. Work also includes a community address system. This posting is the Phase Two of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second phase (Phase Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
