The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a testing facility contractor to perform key Standardized Forced Entry Resistance Testing on the proposed low-embodied carbon secure wall assemblies. The contract period will be from date of contract award until March 31, 2026. Security: • The security requirements (SRCL and related clauses as described in Annex C) apply and form part of the Contract. • The Contractor must ensure that any person working on site holds Facility Access with escort, Level 2 Security Clearance issued by RCMP Departmental Security Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria GSIN: H100A – Materials Inspection & Quality Assurance 81141506 - Product testing 81141501 - Materials testing Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: Melissa.Garlough@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
