The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide Renovation work at Phipps Pro Shop. Please see scope attached on Files.
All terms and conditions, including Town Forms, from RFQ No. 2024-31 are applicable.
The TOWN plans to construct the Phipps Pro shop flooring and Bathroom to demolish existing flooring, tiles, Baseboards and paint ceiling and walls. Work needs to be scheduled to start and finish between July 15-31.
Please refer to scope and specifications for complete scope of work.

SUBMISSION: The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
PRE-BID MEETING: A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit will be held in person at Phipps Ocean Park Racquet Center 2201 S Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480
Date/Time: Thursday July 2nd, 2026, 11:00 AM EST. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
