Phone and Circuit Services

Haralson County Government is soliciting proposals for managed phone services and support for a three-year period from January 1, 2027, to January 1, 2030. The selected provider must deliver a fixed-cost solution that includes support for 165 phone extensions, 62 DIDs, and 12 fax services using Fax over IP with ATA devices. Key technical requirements include providing a dedicated voice circuit separate from existing fiber for primary traffic, a 100Mbps internet connection at the 911 center for phone service and redundant data, and the use of CPE for traffic prioritization and quality control. The solution must be compatible with existing Polycom handsets and integrate with a network consisting of at least 13 VLANs. The project requires close collaboration with the county's designated IT provider and vCIO to ensure secure integration with existing infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements; failure to coordinate effectively may be deemed a material failure of the contract. Proposals must be submitted as sealed bids on unbound paper by October 27, 2026, and must include corporate information, a detailed migration work plan, a case study of a deployment for over 150 users, and at least two current customer references.
