This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis.


PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov/).


The RFQ number is N0018926QL211. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110 (effective 10 November 2025).
