Photography Services Framework

South Tyneside Borough Council is establishing a ranked framework for professional photography services to support its communications, marketing, media relations, and reputation management. The scope of work includes a diverse range of activities such as press and media events, civic and corporate functions, place promotion, regeneration projects, resident engagement, internal communications, and social media content creation. The framework will consist of a maximum of 10 suppliers, who will be ranked based on their availability and range of styles, skills, and specialisms. While the Council may place orders directly with the highest-ranked available contractor, they reserve the right to conduct mini-competitions for specific projects. The estimated annual value of the contract is between 20,000 and 30,000 GBP, with a total estimated value of 120,000 GBP excluding VAT. The initial performance period is scheduled from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with the possibility of two one-year extensions, potentially extending the agreement through December 31, 2030.
