The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa, invites quotations under Solicitation No. 19SF2026Q0011 for the provision of Photovoltaic System Preventive Maintenance Services. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year plus four (4) option years to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation.

A mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 (SAST) at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town.
