Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module by November 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. The contract structure includes a firm-fixed-price phase-in period and unit-priced labor categories, with performance for initial task orders expected to begin no sooner than 90 days after the IDIQ award, which is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
