The scope of work requires comprehensive underground utility upgrades including sewer line repairs, leach field installation, waterline construction, and septic tank replacement at multiple locations within the Pike San Isabel National Forest, specifically at Lake George, Monument Fire Center, and Fairplay Work Center, with optional work at AG Ranch contingent on funding availability. Performance must begin within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed and complete no later than November 30, 2026, with work prohibited during frozen or saturated conditions, particularly during anticipated winter months from October to April. Quotations are due by July 13, 2026, at 1000 a.m. local time and may be submitted either physically to the USDA-FS office in Ogden, Utah, or electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Lucas Dahlman.
