Requirement: Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO is looking for interested party who wishes to submit an offer to provide Janitorial Services. With a base period starting in Aug 2026 with four (4) option years.
Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, equipment, tools, materials services, and quality control necessary to ensure that non-personal janitorial services are performed at the Cemetery, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
