AI Contract Overview
This contract involves the procurement of 324 units of pin rivets identified by NSN 5320-00-800-6405, under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-T-833B issued by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division. The delivery is scheduled within 170 days after order (ADO) to be fulfilled at the place of performance in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The procurement is conducted fully competitively in compliance with applicable military and federal specifications and standards, specifically under MIL-STD-130N for identification marking and the current revision of the relevant military or consensus standards governing the hardware. Offers must adhere strictly to the packaging, quality, and technical requirements outlined in the Defense Logistics Agency’s master list, with the revision in effect on the solicitation or award date controlling. Quality assurance and acceptance criteria specify sampling methods consistent with MIL-STD-1916 or comparable zero-based sampling plans, ensuring adherence to critical, major, and minor attribute verification levels or acceptable quality levels. Manufacturers can opt for attribute or variable inspection as allowed or dictated by contract terms, and legacy hardware produced to a previous current revision of the standard remains acceptable. Government identification markings on non-accepted supplies must be removed, and the contract reflects a detailed framework for inspection and compliance management directed toward ensuring fully qualified and standardized product delivery. Interested parties must submit responses by the deadline of March 5, 2026, with contact coordination through the designated contract officer.
