AI Contract Overview
The school district is seeking a three-year preferred term for internet access and data transmission services under its FY27 E-rate application, with flexibility to consider month-to-month agreements or contracts with optional extensions, provided any extensions are clearly defined in duration and number within the awarded contract. All bids must include specific pricing, a valid SPIN, and reference solicitation number 270000248 in the email subject line, sent exclusively to the technical contact, and must comply with USAC’s Lowest Corresponding Price requirement and Free Services Advisory. Vendors are required to meet all state and local procurement rules, and any offer of free services must be explicitly documented and fully compliant with federal guidelines. The district reserves the right to modify services as operational needs change and insists on contractual language that protects it in the event E-rate funding is discontinued. Equivalent or comparable brands to the current platform will be accepted, though bids must clearly identify any substitutions. The response deadline is August 31, 2026, and all proposals must be submitted via email to the technical contact with proper documentation and SPIN inclusion to be considered.
