This project consists of installing a toe drain at the Pine Valley Dam as shown in the construction drawings. It also includes slope excavation, grouted riprap placement and spillway masonry repair This project requires the Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight and delivery, as well as all necessary licenses and permits required to complete the project in reasonably close conformity with the drawings and specification, and in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
