The United States Department of Agriculture(USDA), National Information Technology Center (NITC) intends to issue a Delivery Order/Task Order award on a sole source basis to ImmixTechnology, Inc. to acquire Pitney Bowes EngageOne Vault software License and Maintenance and Technical Support. Pitney Bowes has appointed ImmixTechnology as the sole reseller of Pitney Bowes Software Inc. ( PBSI) products on the GSA Schedule number GS-35F-0265X and SEWP contract number NNG07DA20B. All software, maintenance and technical support services are provided by PBSI directly to GSA and SEWP customers. No other vendor has end user distribution rights to the source code. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
