Description: Replace1,665 Fire Suppression Sprinkler Heads and Pendants at 15 MAFS and other services as indicated on the PWS This is a service. All work for this service will conform to the Performance Work Statement.

Additional Information:
To be eligible to receive Attachment 07 (CUI Drawings Final) and be considered for contract award, offerors must demonstrate adequate security for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must provide evidence of : EITHER
a. A current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Certification (to include Conditional Certification with an active POA&M); OR
b. A current assessment against NIST SP 800-171 (completed within the last three years), supported by an active
System Security Plan (SSP) and a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for any unimplemented controls. POA&M for CMMC or SSP and POA&M MUST be submitted with offer.
Offerors are required to complete Attachment 06 (UNCI) and receive Attachment 07 (CUI Drawings Final) to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full scope of work. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in a rating of technically unacceptable.
A site visit will be available on 15 June 2026 @ 0900 am MDT. Companies are allowed up to 3 personnel/subcontractors to attend the site visit. Each individual wishing to attend must provide a clear copy of the front of your Driver's License and your full social security number. We must have this information no later that EOD 11 May 2026. If we do not receive the requested information by 11 May 2026 then the contractor will not be able to attend the site visit and another opportunity will not be made available.
