Synopsis/Solicitation number FA461326Q0007 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for replace sprinkler heads and pendants at each of the 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and service fire suppression alarm system at 14 MAFs.

The date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contact: Quotes, CLIN completion, and other items required by clause FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services) will be due on 07 August 2026 @ 1000 am MDT. Additional Information:
A Level 2 CMMC score OR NIST SP800-171 shall be completed within the last three years and show a score of 110 to be considered eligible to receive Attach 7_CUI Drawings Final (CMMC Certificate covers NIST SP).
A site visit will be available on 15 June 2026 @ 0900 am MDT. Companies are allowed up to 3 personnel/subcontractors to attend the site visit. Each individual wishing to attend must provide a clear copy of the front of your Driver's License and your full social security number. We must have this information no later that EOD 11 May 2026. Please email natalie.martinez.6@us.af.mil to request a DoD Safe Link to allow you to email social security numbers. If we do not receive the requested information by 11 May 2026 then the contractor will not be able to attend the site visit and another opportunity will not be made available.
