The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, uniforms and labor necessary to provide Vehicle Maintenance (VM) uniform lease and laundering services for the 6th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) at MacDill AFB, Florida.

The contractor is required to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance uniform lease and laundering services to the 6th Logistics Readiness Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, under a firm fixed-price contract with a base period from May 2026 through November 2029, including optional periods extending through May 2029 and a final six-month extension. The scope includes supplying 7 sets of three-piece dark blue work uniforms—each consisting of a short-sleeve shirt, matching pants, and one jacket—to an average of 25 technicians, totaling 175 garments per technician annually. Each uniform must be made of a durable, breathable fabric comparable to Carhartt or Dickies brands, with two name tapes per garment: one displaying the technician’s name and the other displaying the 2T3 logo and shop name. Additionally, the contractor must provide a minimum of 50 red shop rags monthly.
