AI Contract Overview
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement and delivery of two Planar Display Wall Video Controllers, specifically part number VC8-L-C5G-8-Out. The equipment must be provided in new condition by an authorized dealer to ensure brand-specific compatibility and must be delivered FOB Destination to DART's facility at 9717 Abernathy Ave, Dallas, Texas. All freight costs must be included in the overall bid price, as DART typically does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. The contract is governed by DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, with payment issued on Net 30 terms via electronic invoice submission to [email hidden]. Time and rate of delivery are critical, and failure to meet specified timelines may result in rejection or termination for default. Additionally, the seller must provide affirmative certifications stating they do not participate in any international boycott of Israel and are not listed on the Texas Comptroller’s list of entities with ties to Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire portal by the deadline of September 25, 2025.
