This PD Permit is granted to authorize the construction of a 750 square foot prefabricated metal barn that is located within the buffer of an identified surface water feature (Sisar Creek), but not directly in Sisar Creek. The uninhabitable barn would not contain plumbing or electrical and would be constructed on a concrete slab.
