Planning Board Legal Counsel

The Township of North Brunswick is soliciting proposals under solicitation number PRO27001 for Planning Board Legal Counsel to provide professional legal services for the upcoming calendar year. The scope of work primarily involves development application review, including the review of subdivision and site plan applications, correspondence with applicants, the preparation of review memorandums, and attendance at relevant meetings. Additionally, the selected professional will provide general legal services as directed by the Township Planning Board.
