The U.S. Department of Defense, through DLA Maritime - Puget Sound, is soliciting commercial off-the-shelf plate material made from Inconel 625 (UNS N06625, Grade 1), meeting ASTM B-443 specifications, in annealed hot-rolled condition with dimensions of 0.500” thickness and 36” x 48” size. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, and is restricted to small businesses certified under NAICS code 331491. All offers must be submitted as firm fixed-price contracts with FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Building 514 D1, N4523A, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Offerors are required to provide their CAGE code, maintain active registration in SAM.gov, complete all mandatory representations and certifications, include detailed manufacturer information, and submit a signed original of the complete solicitation package. Delivery lead times must be clearly quoted, and all certification documentation, including material test results and compliance data, must be submitted electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The product is classified under FSC 9535, and distribution is restricted under Distribution Statement D, limiting access to DoD and authorized contractors only. Non-commercial items require compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards, including a valid assessment conducted within the last three years, as mandated by DFARS 252.204-7019; however, COTS items are exempt provided they are explicitly identified during bidding.
