Marking for shipment must conform to MIL-STD-129, using vinyl or plastic coated pressure sensitive labels, with secured lifts identified on each end, and any dual-unit shipments must reflect quantities for both units unless shipped loose. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited in all materials, preservation, packaging, and marking, and ozone-depleting chemicals are banned. The contract is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 331221, with delivery required within 158 days ADO to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, on a FOB Origin basis. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination under FAR 52.246-2, and electronic payment submissions are mandated through the Wide Area Workflow system.
