The contract pertains to the procurement of a mounting plate identified by NSN 5340-01-568-0789 and part number 7017440083, with a total quantity of 37 units, each priced at $37.00, resulting in a total contract value of $1,369. Delivery is required within 239 days from the contract date, with a final delivery deadline of March 29, 2027, and the product must be shipped FOB origin. All items must conform to stringent technical and quality standards referenced from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede any conflicting specification requirements. Compliance with MIL-STD-130N for identification marking of military property is mandatory, and packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-129 for labeling and RP001 for DLA-specific packaging guidelines. Hazardous materials must be packaged per FED-STD-313 and TQ requirement IP025; non-hazardous items must follow ASTM D3951, though DLA requirements prevail over ASTM. Zero acceptance sampling under MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 is required, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively, or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. The use of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals is strictly prohibited, and any substitute materials must be pre-approved. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, with no variance allowed in quantity—exact delivery of 37 units is required. All packaging, palletization, and shipment must align with DLA procedures, and the delivery address is the DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The solicitation was issued under SPE7L1-26-T-817R with a full and open competition, and the point of contact for inquiries is Isabelle Szulewski of the Department of Defense’s Land Supply Chain.
