PLEASURE ISLAND PARKING LOT PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The City of Port Arthur, Texas, is soliciting bids for the Pleasure Island Parking Lot Pavement Improvement Project, which involves the construction of an asphalt parking lot replacement. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and superintendence to deliver the installation in full operating condition. Key deliverables include the installation of electrical conduits, concrete wheel stops, and the digging and grading of drainage swales, as well as ADA-compliant striping and signage.
