The Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Robotic and Autonomous Systems (PAE RAS) Aircraft Program Management Office (AIR PMO) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Product Team (IPT), at Patuxent River Maryland announces its intention to extend the ordering period of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (N0001922D0038) with Insitu, Inc. 118 E Columbia River Way, Bingen, WA 98605 by 6 months. The IDIQ will maintain Firm Fixed Price (FFP) orders to procure RQ-21A Blackjack and ScanEagle UAS hardware and services.
The type of supplies and services to be procured under this IDIQ will include RQ-21A and ScanEagle air vehicles; payloads; turrets; spares and support equipment; training; Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance; Field Service Representative (FSR) services; travel; basic life support services, land and ship site surveys; hardware site activation; hardware installs; repairs; and program management.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Insitu, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UAS, and is the only available source known to possess technical data, unique logistics support experience, sufficient knowledge and familiarity with the design and related specifications of the RQ-21A and ScanEagle UAS. Insitu has the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities to perform the required technical efforts within the required timeframe.
