City Colleges of Chicago is soliciting proposals under RFP WM2624 for an enterprise-grade Point-of-Sale (POS) solution to support the Washburne Culinary & Hospitality Institute. The system must manage instructional operations, retail and full-service restaurant operations, catering, and inventory management across multiple business units and profit centers. Key technical requirements include centralized reporting with roll-up capabilities, real-time dashboards, PCI-compliant payment processing with contactless support for Apple Pay and Google Pay, and end-to-end encryption.
