Lower Level Buildout Assessment for Malcolm X College

City Colleges of Chicago is seeking an Illinois-based architect and engineer to conduct a feasibility and cost assessment for converting existing storage space in the Malcolm X College basement into occupiable space. The scope of work includes a complete assessment of the mechanical systems, the creation of schematic designs for preliminary cost estimation, and potential options for full design and construction administrative services depending on budget availability. This procurement is conducted under the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act, and all respondents must be pre-qualified by the Illinois Capital Development Board.
