RFQ 2768 As-Needed Consulting Services for Design

Pikes Peak State College is soliciting as-needed consulting services for design under RFQ 2768, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027. The scope of work requires a Colorado-licensed Architect or Engineer to provide multidisciplinary support across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscaping, and space planning services. Key deliverables include drawings and specifications at the end of the Schematic Design and Design Development phases, as well as cost estimating and design evaluations for alternative materials and systems. Additionally, the contract mandates strict confidentiality for state records, compliance with WCAG Level AA accessibility standards, and the use of Environmental Product Declarations to reduce embodied carbon emissions.
