Proposals will be received electronically via PennBid until 2:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at the regularly scheduled Township Supervisor’s meeting, 487 Cortez Road, Jefferson Township, PA at 6:30 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026. Bids may be held by Jefferson Township for a period not to exceed five (5) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Jefferson Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.
A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance & payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award.
