Police Vehicles & Up-fitting

The City of Meriden is soliciting bids for the purchase and up-fitting of seven Ford Police Interceptor Utility Model (AWD) vehicles, consisting of four patrol, two supervisor, and one administrative vehicle, all to be finished in black with a 3.3L gasoline engine and 10-speed automatic transmission. The vehicles must be equipped with a comprehensive suite of police-specific modifications including Whelen warning equipment such as Legacy Duo Light Bars on all vehicles except the admin car, which will instead receive a Whelen inner edge XLP Duo 12-lamp setup. The bid must adhere strictly to the City’s technical and equipment specifications without deviation.
