Polyaluminum Chloride for Phosphorus Removal

The Township of Wayne, New Jersey, is soliciting bids for the supply of liquid Polyaluminum Chloride for phosphorus removal, specifically USALCO DelPAC1525 or an approved equal. The contract is for an initial two-year term starting from the date of award, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions upon mutual agreement. The award will be based on cost and performance, requiring bidders to submit their product for testing within one week of bid submission to demonstrate the ability to achieve phosphorus removal to less than 0.76ppm at an average feed rate of 20 to 50 ppm. Deliveries must be made within five working days of an order, between 7:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., and must be available in 275-gallon IBC totes and 4,000-gallon bulk quantities. All shipments must be F.O.B. destination and include a producer Certificate of Analysis, a Bill of Lading, and labels compliant with OSHA Hazard Communication and New Jersey State Right to Know standards. The successful vendor must also provide technical support available within 24 hours of an emergency. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the OpenGov Procurement portal by November 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.
