Full Description

A listing of the current equipment set up has been added to the attachments section of this posting. This should help to show what needs to be networked and/or integrated. Updated 3 February 2011: A non-mandatory site visit will be held on 8 February 2011 at 1400. Upon notification of the site visit date/time, attendees shall meet in the parking lot accross the street from Gate 1B of Area B of Wright-Patterson, AFB OH NLT 1345 A.M (EST). Interested parties shall e-mail the names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Daniel Enders, at contact@example.gov at least two days prior to the site meeting. In addition, the full name and address of the company represented shall also be submitted at that time. Be advised that use of recording devices (audio, video, etc.) is prohibited during the site visit. (1) Any information provided by the Government at the site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. (2) Terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If necessary, the Government may issue amendments to the solicitation after the site visit in accordance with FAR 15.206, Amending the Solicitation. (3) A written record of the site visit will be posted on the Fed Biz Opps website. Be advised that all questions pertaining to the solicitation and or site visit shall be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. No questions shall be answered at the time of the site visit. Also, Government representatives may not discuss or comment on price/cost or provide any clarification at any time during the site visit. Due to Base closure, the Site Visit has been moved to 8 February 2011. The response date for this posting will be updated to 17 February 2011. Updated 10 February 2011: The posting has been updated to reflect that the required programming will be done to an AMX control, not a Crestron as previously specified.
