NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Pierre, South Dakota, at the Commissioners Room in the City Hall, 2301 Patron Parkway, Suite 1, Pierre SD 57501, until 4:00 P.M., Central Time, Wednesday, June 18, 2025, then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing at the City of Pierre Landfill, Pierre, South Dakota, Polypropylene Bale Bags, in accordance with specifications filed in the Office of the City Finance Office.  For more information contact Val at 605-773-7434. BASE BID: LANDFILL POLYPROPYLENE BALE BAGS Each bid shall state the dollar amount to furnish and deliver to 2800 E Park Street, Pierre SD, 1 (one) semi load (approximately 14,000 – 18,000 bags) of polypropylene bale bags to be used with an EnviroBale system. The bid shall be submitted on the bid proposal prepared by the City of Pierre. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bank draft drawn upon a state or national bank and made payable to the Finance Officer, Pierre, South Dakota, in a sum equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or by bid bond drawn in favor of the City of Pierre, South Dakota, in a sum equal to at least ten (10%) of the total amount of the bid.  The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  By order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Pierre, South Dakota, this 27th day of May, 2025.
